The Living Health Holistic Team
Jessica Cohn, NTP
After visiting numerous doctors, chiropractors, therapists, and experimenting with various supplements and prescriptions, I empathize with the frustration of troubling symptoms such as digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, and mental health issues without identifying the underlying cause.
As I delved further into comprehending the workings of my body and how to offer it the best possible support, I came to the realization that certain habits I had deemed “healthy” were, in fact, harming my well-being. Reframing my outlook, I started nourishing my body adequately, embracing a versatile exercise regimen, handling stress better, enhancing digestion, replenishing vital minerals, and reestablishing a connection with nature. I now experience a significant improvement in how I feel, and I’m thankful for having deciphered what my body requires to thrive. Now, I’m eager to assist you in discovering the same for yourself!
I advocate for a customized approach that provides you with the necessary tools and resources to thrive on your unique wellness path.
My commitment lies in aiding you to realize your health potential by instructing you on how to collaborate with your body, rather than opposing it.

Leslie Tatum, RMT, ART, ACN
I started my journey as a practitioner by going to Southwest University under the Physical Therapy department. I practiced massage therapy while going to school. I found P.T wasn't enough for me in the healing arts, so I pursued a nutritional route by one class at a time.
Then came the detox piece that I found was really effective. I needed a real precise way to test individuals so the ART is what I found that works best for me. As you can see by my certification, I look at a lot of different methods on moving the body forward. My true passion is to move each person through their healing journey, in a way that works for them.
It is important to have a network of healthcare professionals that can support your holistic healing journey.
