  • We offer a highly personalized, whole-body approach to wellness. Instead of focusing on symptoms, we aim to identify root causes and support the body’s natural healing using alternative, less conventional therapies. We also emphasize education and long-term lifestyle support rather than quick fixes.

  • To ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of all clients, we kindly request that children do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving services themselves. We understand that childcare arrangements can be challenging, but this policy helps us maintain a calm and focused environment for everyone.

  • Appointment, Cancellation + Late Arrival Policy

To respect both your time and ours, appointments are reserved specifically for you and begin and end as scheduled.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments without notice (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee. All changes or cancellations must be made by phone or email.

    Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened or may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a missed appointment and subject to the full session fee.

    If we Are Running Behind:
If we are running 5–10 minutes late, your full session time will still be honored whenever possible. If a delay exceeds 10 minutes, you will have the option to receive your full session at a shifted time or reschedule without penalty.

Please note: Choosing to leave prior to your scheduled appointment start time will be considered a missed appointment.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
